As part of its stated ambition to create a major CRM & data consulting group, Siiner has acquired Copernic, a HubSpot CRM consulting and integration company... A French company in the top 10 of the US publisher's world partners! Copernic has 30 HubSpot experts and aims to double its business over the next 3 years.

- 400 satisfied customers in 8 years,
- Top 10 worldwide for US publisher HubSpot,
- 130% growth in 2 years,
- A French CRM nugget that is resolutely close to its customers, with exceptional human values.
With this first acquisition, Siiner is laying the 1st stone in its ambition to create a 100% CRM data Digital Group.
8 years of dedication have resulted in an even more ambitious project. Antoine and I are delighted to be joining this great Siiner adventure, led by Marc, who has been our Operations Director for over 2 years, and backed by solid investors.

Copernic's employees in the Paris region will work from Siiner's offices in Seine-Saint-Denis, close to Réseau Entreprendre 93.
Copernic will be closer to its customers in the Paris region, and will continue to grow, doubling in size by 2026.
Siiner will generate sales of €15m and employ between 100 and 150 people by 2030.
